- See real availability by unit, to the hour, including cleaning time.
- Ask the host questions in public before booking, and read reviews from guests who stayed.
- Cancel early for a full refund. Late cancellations keep a small published fee.
- If a stay goes wrong, our team reviews the evidence and decides how the held money is shared.
